By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By enrolling in Tumble Method Academy, you agree to the following:

GENERAL HEALTH FORM/RELEASE I am aware that participation in this sport will be a dangerous activity involving many risks of injury. I understand the dangers and risks of participation include but are not limited to: death, serious neck or spinal injury, which may result in paralysis, brain damage, serious injury to all internal organs, injury to all bones, ligaments, muscles, tendons, and other aspects of my body. I understand the dangers and risks of playing or practicing may result in not only serious injury, but also in serious impairment of future ability to earn a living, engage in business, and generally enjoy life. Because of the dangers of the sport, I understand the importance of following the coach’s instructions regarding techniques, training and other rules and I agree to obey instructions. In consideration for allowing me to participate, I hereby assume all the risk associated with the sport (of gymnastics, tumbling, and cheerleading) and agree to hold the home/gym/school/park, its employees or agents harmless from any and all liability, causes of action, debts, claims, or demands of any nature whatsoever which may arise in connection with my participation in any activities related to the organization. The terms hereof serve as a release and assumption of risk for my heirs, estate, and for all members of my family. I, as the parent/legal guardian, have read the above warning and release and understand all of its terms. I understand the sport (of gymnastics, tumbling, and cheerleading) involves many risks, including but not limited to those outlined above. In consideration for the home/gym/school/park permitting my child to try out for and ultimately participate with the team, hereby agree to hold the home/gym/school/park, its employees and agents from any liability which may arise in connection with participation of my child in activities related to the program. The terms serve as a release. I assume all financial obligations during and/or hereafter my attendance at the program. No refunds or substitutions allowed.
CLOTHING/FOOD All athletes are required to wear athletic clothing that is easy to move in. Zippers, buttons, and dresses are not permitted. No flipflops, boots, or heeled shoes. Gum, candy, or food may not be chewed during the duration of the course.
IMAGE RELEASE Participant further agrees that the organizers shall have the right to record, broadcast and otherwise exploit in any and all media throughout the world. Participant’s activity and/or performance in the event can be used with the participant’s name, likeness, voice, and biographical information in connection there with. If any provisions of this agreement shall be for any reason be held invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision hereof and this agreement shall be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable provision omitted.

By enrolling in the School, you signify your acceptance of this Liability Policy. If you do not agree to this Liability Policy, please do not enroll in the School. Your continued enrollment in the School following the posting of changes to this Liability Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
